We started Book My Ride after seeing the same thing over and over: capable Nordic operators were losing rides because the switchboard couldn’t keep up — especially at night and during peaks.
Instead of another generic global system, we built a platform with AI at the core, together with operators like MiniTaxi. Chat and email bookings are handled automatically, the nearest car is matched instantly, and dispatchers get time for what genuinely needs a human.
Today, independent Swedish operators run the whole fleet from one cockpit — live in about 10 days, not months.
